Throughly is built as one local-first suite, not a stack of six tools bolted together. Every module — time, projects, the help desk, documents and invoicing — shares one data core, so a tracked hour, a ticket and an invoice all speak the same language. That shared core is what lets a support reply pull the customer's project, or an invoice draw straight from finalized time. The wiki is where the reasoning behind those connections lives: the architecture decisions, the runbooks, the onboarding a new hire reads in week one. Write it in Markdown or the WYSIWYG editor, organise it into categories, and reach any page with ⌘K. Publish a category as a login-less portal and it reads like a magazine — org-branded, searchable, and readable on any device — for your team, or for your customers. Nothing here is locked away in a separate documentation tool; it stays wired into the same work it describes.
